​​Slow down and restore your energy with a deeply relaxing sound healing experience. Each session begins with a gentle guided meditation. Crystal singing bowls create resonant tones that move through the body at a cellular level, supporting harmony across the mind, body, and spirit. Reiki energy is gently channeled to support the nervous system, release stress, restore balance, and bring you back into alignment. Leave feeling centred, lighter, and energized.

I’m Kerrie, an Intuitive Energy Healer passionate about holistic wellness. My journey began with a focus on physical health, but when life’s challenges arose, I turned inward—exploring Reiki, Mediumship, Sound Healing, Yoga, Meditation, and Astrology. Through these practices, I discovered the power of self-care, healing, and alignment.

Having moved through seasons of heartache and grief, I came to understand that healing is non-linear. It’s layered, deeply personal, and often calls us to come home to ourselves again and again. Those experiences became the inspiration for my own spiritual journey and now shape the way I hold space for others.
