Reiki Energy Healing sessions are available from my home studio Wednesday through Saturday, and on Tuesdays at Cottage Country Wellness. Tuesday appointments can be booked directly through Cottage Country Wellness.

Reiki Energy Healing sessions offer a quiet space to slow down and breathe. Whether you choose an in-person Reiki session in Parry Sound or Distance Reiki from the comfort of your own home, each one-on-one experience is an invitation to pause, turn inward, and reconnect with yourself.
As your body begins to relax, your mind starts to quiet, creating space for greater self-awareness. In this stillness, you may begin to notice what you've been carrying, what you've been holding onto, and what is ready to be released. Reiki gently supports the body's natural ability to restore energetic flow, and many people leave feeling lighter, calmer, more energized, and more connected to themselves.
Each session is intuitively guided. With the support of my spirit team, I serve as a channel for Reiki energy, trusting the session to unfold exactly as it's meant to. Following your session, I'll share any intuitive insights that may bring greater awareness or clarity to your experience.
In-Person Reiki
Each In-Person Reiki session includes the gentle support of crystals, crystal singing bowls, and tuning forks, creating a peaceful, immersive environment for rest and inner connection.
For your comfort: All in-person Reiki Energy Healing sessions take place in a dedicated room within my home. While I share my home with a cat and a small hypoallergenic dog, they do not enter the treatment room, which is kept clean and pet-free for your comfort.
The Intentional Pause

The Energetic Shift

As you begin to settle into stillness, your body and mind relax more deeply. Whether you arrive feeling mentally drained or simply carrying a lot, this session supports a gradual release of stress and emotional heaviness, creating space for a gentle shift to unfold. Many people leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded.
The Return
In-person Reiki | 60 minutes | $133
With more time to unwind, this session allows space for integration and reflection. As you turn inward, external noise begins to quiet, creating a deeper sense of connection with yourself. This return to self often leaves you feeling more like you—grounded, clear, and at peace.
Distance Reiki

Reiki is not limited by time or space and can be received from anywhere in the world. If you’re unable to visit in person, Distance Reiki offers the same opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and receive support from wherever you are.
We connect through a video call, giving you the space to create a quiet, comfortable environment where you can fully relax and receive.
Each session includes a guided meditation, channeled Reiki, and intuitive insights or messages that may bring greater awareness or clarity to your experience. Distance Reiki offers a flexible and accessible way to pause, listen inward, and leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more like yourself.
