Reiki Energy Healing sessions are available from my home studio Wednesday through Saturday, and on Tuesdays at Cottage Country Wellness. Tuesday appointments can be booked directly through Cottage Country Wellness.

Reiki Energy Healing sessions are designed to offer you a space to relax, breathe, and simply be. Whether you choose In-Person Reiki in Parry Sound or Distance Reiki from the comfort of your own home, each one-on-one session provides a safe and supportive environment to reconnect with your natural self.
With the support of my spirit team, I am intuitively guided and serve as a channel for Divine energy, allowing each session to meet your unique energetic needs. Following your session, I'll share any intuitive insights or energetic impressions received during our time together.
Whether you're carrying emotional heaviness, mental fatigue, or simply seeking a moment of restoration, each session offers an opportunity to slow down, turn inward, and return to yourself.
In-Person Reiki
Each In-Person Reiki session includes the gentle support of crystals, crystal singing bowls, and tuning forks, creating a peaceful, immersive environment for relaxation and healing.
For your comfort: All in-person Reiki Energy Healing sessions take place in a dedicated room within my home. While I share my home with a cat and a small hypoallergenic dog, they do not enter the treatment room, which is kept clean and pet-free for your comfort.
The Intentional Pause

A Reiki experience designed to help you step away from the noise of everyday life. This session offers a gentle space to slow down, breathe, and give yourself a much-needed pause—especially when life feels busy, overwhelming, or energetically heavy.
The Energetic Shift
In-person Reiki | 45 minutes | $111
A Reiki experience designed to support balance and flow. This session helps release stress and emotional heaviness, creating space for you to feel calmer, lighter, and more grounded. It offers an opportunity to gently shift your energy, helping you return to your centre.
The Return
In-person Reiki | 60 minutes | $133
A Reiki experience that supports rest, reflection, and reconnection with yourself. With more time to unwind, this session allows the energy to settle and integrate. As you relax more deeply, you are invited to turn inward, gently quieting external noise and reconnecting with your inner awareness. This return to self can leave you feeling more like you—grounded and at peace.
Distance Reiki

Reiki is not limited by time or space and can be received from anywhere in the world. If you're not local to Parry Sound, Distance Reiki offers support from the comfort of your own home. We will connect through a video call, allowing you to create a quiet environment where you can rest, relax, and fully receive.
Each session includes a guided meditation, Reiki energy healing, and any intuitive insights or messages that may arise during our time together. Distance Reiki offers a flexible and accessible way to receive support while creating space for balance, connection, and deep rest.
