A deeply restorative 60-minute sound healing experience designed for small intimate groups. This session creates a safe, nurturing space to slow down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself.

Stress can pull us out of balance and is often at the root of many physical, emotional, and mental challenges. When we give ourselves space to let go, the body and mind naturally begin to restore themselves.

During our time together, I’ll guide you through a gentle meditation, while soothing sounds guide you into a more centred state. Reiki energy will also be channeled to each participant, allowing you to receive the support you most need in the moment.
