My Winter Sound Healing & Social provides a warm and supportive space where you can rest, restore, and reconnect with yourself and others during these darker months.

During our time together, I’ll guide you through a gentle meditation that helps you turn inward, dropping into stillness. The soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls create harmony in your mind, body, and spirit, while Reiki energy is channeled to each participant, offering grounding, warmth, and energetic support where it's needed most.

 

After the Sound Healing, we'll gather socially to connect, reflect, and share in a welcoming atmosphere—helping you feel uplifted, supported, and less alone during the winter season.
