Sound Healing Workshops

These 90-minute workshops are a sacred space for healing, connection, and transformation. Designed for small, intimate groups, these limited-capacity gatherings are held in person in Parry Sound and blend Reiki energy and sound vibrations to guide you into a deeper state of inner stillness.
The soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls help to calm the mind and settle the nervous system, creating space to let go and find energetic alignment. These gatherings are immersive, interactive experiences that incorporate mindfulness, energy work, and practical tools that you can integrate into everyday life.
Everything you need will be provided for you upon arrival. Each workshop is an invitation to come home to yourself, deepen your inner knowing, and step into a more empowered version of you.
Energy Healing Sessions
60 mins for $120
Experience this one-on-one session, designed to offer you space to relax, breathe, and receive. Held in-person in Parry Sound, this safe and supportive session invites you to reconnect with your natural state of being.
With the support of my spirit team, I serve as a channel for Divine energy and intuitive guidance, allowing the session to meet your unique energetic needs. Using Reiki, a Japanese healing practice, along with crystals and sound vibrations, we work together to shift energy and create space for deep healing. After your session, I’ll share any insights or intuitive messages received during our time together.
Whether you’re carrying emotional heaviness, mental fatigue, or simply seeking a moment of restoration, this experience offers you the chance to return to yourself.
Please note: sessions take place in a dedicated room within my home. While I share the home with a cat and a small hypoallergenic dog, they do not enter the room, which is kept clean and pet-free for your comfort.
Intuitive Readings

Gain insight and clarity on your journey with an intuitive reading. These readings are designed to guide you through life’s transitions with greater awareness and confidence. By tuning into your energy and connecting with your spirit team, I share heart-centered messages aligned with your highest good. These offerings are available in person in Parry Sound, at various psychic and wellness fairs, as well as online, making it easy to receive guidance wherever you are. While these readings can bring new perspectives and valuable guidance, remember—you always have free will and the power to shape your own future.

My journey began with a focus on physical health, but when life’s challenges arose, I turned inward—exploring Reiki, mediumship, sound healing, yoga, meditation, and astrology. Sound healing workshops are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 10 participants, to create a personalized and connected group experience. Each session is thoughtfully designed to support relaxation, balance, and inner healing. You'll also leave with practical tools and techniques you can use in everyday life to continue your self-care and energetic wellness journey. The cost is $80 per person (subject to change).

The Energy Healing sessions are held in my home, in Parry Sound, Ontario. To ensure privacy, the exact address will be shared via email 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please keep an eye on your inbox (and check your spam/junk folder just in case). If you haven’t received the details within that timeframe, feel free to reach out to me.
What is your cancellation policy?
All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. If you need to reschedule an online appointment, you may do so up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. Unfortunately, rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance cannot be accommodated. In-person workshops cannot be rescheduled.
